Raw raagi will be available in villages,i.e.,freshly grown raagi like in pictures it's shown
Since it's unavailable make use of raagi millet ,soak in water in the evening and the next day strain the water and grind it to smooth consistency
add cut onions +dry chilly +salt+coriander leaves to the blended raagi and mix it
pour oil on the tava and make roti shape just by pressing it to a round shape and keep it on the stove,
once it's cooked flip it and cook the other side ,once it's done enjoy it hot
For every roti once the first roti is done,wash the tava with water and repeat the process because washing the tava is done to avoid hotness to make proper roti otherwise it'll stick to it and to avoid getting burnt
consume as it is or with chutney of your choice 😊
I prefer dry chilly compared to green chilly because green chilly will give burning sensation in the stomach
